    I/We acknowledge by giving consent to receive ALL CORRESPONDENCE (INCLUDING MEETING NOTICES AND MINUTES) by electronic communication that I/We are obliged to notify Hartley’s Body Corporate Management promptly of any change to My/Our nominated email address or this instruction. I/We acknowledge that Hartley’s Body Corporate Management shall not be held in any way liable for the non delivery or errors in the electronic handling of ALL CORRESPONDENCE (INCLUDING MEETING NOTICES AND MINUTES) that have been distributed by email or for any change in My/Our details including our email address not notified in writing to Hartley’s Body Corporate Management and further that Hartley’s Body Corporate Management are released from any liability, action, claim or demand due to any damage, loss suffered by Me/Us arising from My/Our failure to receive information electronically sent to us.
